Who I am
I’m a qualified psychedelic facilitator and integration coach, holding postgraduate training from Exeter University (currently completing an MA in psychedelics), and EMARK certification, with ongoing study in trauma-informed, somatic, and therapeutic modalities. My work is rooted in experience - both personal and professional - and fuelled by a deep belief in the power of intentional, supported transformation.
Before stepping fully into this space, I navigated my own journey through the intensity of modern masculine active life - the striving, the burnout, the quiet ache for something more meaningful. It was through my own psychedelic healing, body-based practices, and tantric shadow work that I began to reconnect with what really mattered. That journey continues to inform everything I offer today.
I specialise in one-to-one and couples psychedelic journeys, working with psilocybin and MDMA in safe, legal, and therapeutically supported settings. Each process follows a full arc of preparation, ceremony, and integration to support lasting change and embodied insight.
I also co-facilitate immersive retreats with trusted colleagues in psychotherapy, somatic healing, and energy work. Alongside facilitation, I write professionally and collaborate with leading names in the psychedelic field, contributing to research, education, and the development of best practice.
I enjoy sharing this work beyond the ceremony space through keynote talks and professional conferences, helping to bridge scientific understanding with lived experience in this evolving field.
I offer a number of complementary pathways designed to support your healing, growth, and integration:
Three-Arc Transform: My signature programme and the most popular path clients choose to work within. This three-stage journey invites deep and lasting transformation - guiding you from self-awareness, through expansion, to full embodiment. Each arc weaves together coaching, ceremony, and integration to create meaningful, sustainable change.
Transformational Coaching: Available for individuals or couples, these sessions provide a focused container for inner alignment, life transitions, and post-journey integration. Together we work to bring clarity, self-understanding, and authentic direction to your next chapter.
Energy & Bodywork: A deeply somatic approach that combines breath, intuitive touch, and subtle energetic attunement. These sessions invite the body to release stored tension, restore natural flow, and reconnect with innate vitality.
Shadow & Tantric Sensuality: A sacred, consent-led space to explore power, pleasure, shame, and embodied truth. This work supports deeper intimacy with yourself and others - blending shadow integration with conscious sensual practice.
Classical Pilates: Rooted in precision, breath, and core strength, Classical Pilates helps reinhabit the body with awareness and grace. Offered online or in person, it complements the deeper emotional and energetic work by cultivating physical resilience and presence.
My approach is relational, intuitive, and grounded. I don’t believe in quick fixes or guru culture. I believe in real conversations, clear agreements, and the courage it takes to face yourself with honesty. Every journey I support is bespoke, because no two people - or partnerships - are the same.
Before I embarked on this career path, I spent over 15 years working in domestic recruitment and training, building a successful career in the corporate world. While I was proud of my achievements, I began to feel an inner emptiness that success alone couldn’t fill. This realisation sparked a deep personal awakening, and through my own healing journey with psychedelics, I began to uncover who I truly was beneath the roles I’d played. It became clear that my true calling wasn’t just to place people in the right roles, but to help them find themselves, just as I had.
I’ve always felt a deep connection between body and mind, and since the age of 18, my life has continually offered opportunities to deepen that understanding. Through classical Pilates, scuba diving, circus and pole dancing, I’ve explored embodiment in its many forms. Alongside this, I’ve cultivated the ability to hold space with presence and compassion, receiving everything a person needs to release in order to access deep, transformative shifts.
Outside of this work, I live in a forest with my husband Ben (a retired Olympic athlete), our wild and wonderful son Noah, and our four dogs - Cassius, Clay, Bob, and Marley. As a queer woman, I hold a deep appreciation for the fluidity of love, identity, and expression - both in my own life and in the spaces I create for others. The land around us continues to teach me about slowness, cycles, and what it means to be truly human.
This is my calling, my craft, and my privilege. And if our paths cross, I hope to meet you exactly where you are - with reverence, humour, and a deep respect for your unique path.
